This notice explains how Firstgen Group LLC, doing business as Meridian Field Command (“we”, “us”), handles information you send through meridianfieldcommand.com.

What we collect

When you use a form on this site, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, company, role and any message. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

To respond to your request, demo or question.
To contact you about the product you asked about, including waitlist updates.

We do not sell your information.

Who handles it

Form submissions are stored with our database provider (Supabase) and delivered by email through our email provider (Resend). Scheduling links open on Calendly, which has its own privacy practices.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep requests for as long as needed to follow up with you. To see or delete what we hold about you, email chris@meridianfieldcommand.com.

Customer data

Information that customers enter into our software is handled under the agreement we sign with each customer.
